Profhilo: intense hydration & natural tightening
Profhilo is a non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid designed to boost collagen and elastin production.
Its technology combines two molecular weights of hyaluronic acid: one hydrates intensely, the other subtly tightens sagging tissues. The result: nourished, firmer, smoother and visibly revitalised skin, without added artificial volume.
Injections are performed as micro-boluses that settle quickly, within a few minutes to a few hours.
The treatment is comfortable and does not require anaesthesia.
Side effects are minimal: sometimes slight swelling or a small bruise, easily covered.
Activities can be resumed immediately, except sport for 24 hours and massaging the treated area for 2 weeks.
Two sessions one month apart are needed for an optimal result, then a maintenance session is recommended every 6 to 12 months.

Sculptra: deep collagen stimulation
Sculptra is one of the most powerful collagen biostimulators, FDA-approved and used for more than 25 years. Made of polylactic acid, a substance already present in the body, it gradually restores firmness, elasticity and skin thickness by stimulating collagen production over time.
It is particularly indicated to address sagging, loss of density, and early fine lines, mainly on the cheeks and face.
Treatment is usually done in 2 to 3 sessions spaced 6 weeks apart. First results appear after 6 to 8 weeks and continue to improve, with an effect that can last up to 2 years. Injections are performed with a cannula to minimise bruising; a numbing cream is not necessary but can be prescribed if desired.
After the session, slight sensitivity or swelling may last 48 hours. Intense sport is not recommended for 24 hours, and sauna/hammam/jacuzzi should be avoided for 5 days. It is recommended to massage the treated area using the 5x5x5 rule: 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days. Make-up is allowed immediately.
